SPIN&SPARK

Shipping and Exchange

Last Updated: 16-03-2024 Since Spin & Spark offers services and not physical products, the traditional concepts of shipping and exchange don’t directly apply. However, we can create a policy that outlines project delivery timelines, revisions, and cancellations.

Project Delivery

  • Project timelines: We will establish a clear project timeline with you at the outset of our engagement. This timeline will be based on the scope of work and will be included in our formal proposal or contract. We will communicate any potential delays proactively and keep you updated on progress throughout the project.
  • Delivery methods: Deliverables will be provided electronically through file-sharing platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox. We can also use project management tools to share progress and gather feedback.

Revisions

  • Number of revisions: We understand that revisions are often part of the creative process. Our base package will typically include a set number of revisions (e.g., 2-3). Additional revisions can be accommodated at an hourly rate or a pre-determined fee outlined in the proposal.
  • Revision turnaround time: We will strive to turn around revisions within a reasonable timeframe, typically within [X] business days depending on the complexity of the revision request.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation before project start: You may cancel your project before work begins with a full refund.
  • Cancellation after project start: If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. The specific fee structure will be outlined in the proposal or contract.

Additional Considerations

  • Client communication: We encourage open communication throughout the project. We will be available to address your questions and concerns and will promptly respond to your inquiries.
  • Project acceptance: Once you have reviewed and approved the final deliverables, the project will be considered complete.
